Project Scope: Provide written and photographic documentation of current state of the roof assembly, provide repair/replace opinion and assist with budget creation.
Elevation’s Role: Travel to First Energy sub stations, nuclear and coal power plants and operations facilities. Interview key personnel and provide opinion on the remaining lifespan of the indicated roof sections.
Roofing Systems: Various assemblies including wood, metal and concrete decks, polyiso, fiberglass and perlite insulation, Standing Seam Metal, Coal Tar BUR, Asphalt BUR, EPDM, TPO.
