Project Scope: Tear off existing ballasted EPDM roof down to structural concrete deck. Install 2 layers of vapor barrier, new lightweight tapered concrete, prime and install 2 ply SBS modified roof and flashings.
Elevation’s Role: Acted as liason between roof consultant, roofing contractor and owner. Observed and documented the materials, methods and quality of the roof assembly installation, commmunicated project progress and delays.
Roofing Systems: Concrete Deck, Vapor Barrier, Lightweight Concrete, SBS base and cap sheet.
